I think as a photographer, trying to vary my work, it is difficult to always stick to the set sizes Clowdy requires. I regularly find that I have to crop my images and through that there are pictures I cannot upload due to losing important parts of the image. I think marketing your site as a place for arts (Photography, Film and Music) means it shouldn't restrict people.... And it would also be useful if the photos could be kept at the original resolution of the file uploaded similar to Flickr.1 vote
We allow any image size photograph to be added. The cropping is only for the cover image, but on the actual Clowd you can simply click on the image to see the full aspect ratio of the image.
You have highlighted an issue that this is not very clear at the moment, so we will look into improving that.

We have now opened up registration to allow non-social sign ups. Though, we do recommend linking your social account to give you the best personal experience on Clowdy.
I am just starting. In the process I am prompted to add clowds and the system even offer some. But I the textbox is too small and the descriptions do not fit. Allowing some form of tex expansion (mouse over, see more etc) would allow more somewhat informed choice instead of the seemingly randomness it is now.1 vote
Clowd’s descriptions can expand to read more.
Even preset basic ones like "music" or "illustration" ....or maybe I'm being a noob and you already have them :)1 vote
We have actually just completed a rehaul of our tagging functionality and will be announcing hashtags this week.
At the moment existing Clowds will not have these hashtags, but moving forward new Clowds will.
Have options to display large images on Clowd pages for image content. At the moment the screenshot / thumbnail is small so you have to download the original to see it properly.0 votes
Images can now be expanded to full screen.
